Champion Foxy

I have a few moments to update,  finally recieved the win pictures from the great weekend of shows of Foxy --aka Dashings A Mischief Maker----from the German Pinscher Club of Americas' Nationals Weekend.  Foxy really finished her AKC Championship in style!  She had a Major and one Best of Breed win before she arrived in Pleasanton, CA, then recieved three 5 point majors there.  She was at the biggest shows of the year, with the Nationals on Saturday----there were a reported 88 German Pinschers entered in all the different categories at this show!  Her Grandsire Lukas won the Regional AND National Specialty, two BISS show wins that weekend!   He has since won his 4th Group 1 placement------he has an unequaled win record, my Foxy comes from a royal line!!
          Here are her wins to date;

Major win----- Timberland Valley Dog Show
Best of Breed win------Nisqually Kennel Club
Major win---GPCA Supported Entry @Skyline Dog Fanciers --this was a 5 point major, WB/BOW
2nd Place --12-18month puppy class, GPCA National
Major win---GPCA Supported Entry @ Del Valle Dog Club Sunday, 5 point major, WB/BOW
Major win--NEW CHAMPION  ---- @Del Valle Dog Club Show Monday, 5 point major,
       WB/BOW

Both her sire and dam have also won at GPCA Supported Entries--Wiley Best of Breed, Jan 2010

I am very proud of my dogs!

Nationals Weekend------WOW!!!!!! New Champion!

I sent Foxy, registered name Dashings A Mischief Maker, to the Nationals.  I had to stay home and work, and decided to send her with the pro's.  She had a great time, and came home with all kinds of beautiful ribbons, a blanket, a coat, a tote bag, and most importantly, a new title.............CHAMPION!!!
Foxy is now an AKC Champion, and won a total of three 5 point majors during nationals weekend.  She showed very well for Rowan, and thanks to others there I have a few candid photos, and will post the show win pics when they come in-----quite a big show for a sweet girl that is just barely a year old!  I am proud to say that she is as nice a dog as you can wish for, with beauty, brains, and personality-----what more could a breeder ask for??

Foxy Wins AGAIN!!!!

Foxy won another major,  Winners Bitch and Best of Winners today at the Geman Pinscher Club of America Supported Entry at the Del Valle Dog Club of Livermore show in Pleasanton, California.  This is another huge win for this lovely young girl, (nearly 40 GPs entered today!), as part of the GPCA Nationals weekend.  This should complete her AKC Championship if I have counted the points correctly!  Many thanks to the handlers Luke and Rowan Baggenstos for taking her along as I had to stay home and work.  They say she is having a great time, happy to see everyone, and showing very well.  I will be posting some show wins as the pictures come in,  so check back to see them.  One more show tomorrow, then some tired dogs and handlers return north towards home again.

Foxy Wins another Major

The little beauty Foxy won her second major today at the German Pinscher Supported Entry in California.   She was handled by Rowan Baggenstos, and as you can see from the pictures, they look great in the ring.  Foxy is following in the footsteps of her sire Wiley, Nevars Just Call Me Wild Wiley, RN, CGC, who won Best of Breed at the Dog Fanciers of Oregon Supported Entry in Jan. 2010, and her dam Dash, Immer Treu Midnight Dash of Cinnamon,  won Winners Bitch twice-----at the Mt Rainer Working Dog Show August 2010, and again at the Dog Fanciers of Oregon show Jan. 2011.  These are great dogs to own and love, and they are fine examples of the breed.  We have high hope that Foxy finishes her AKC Championship with another win tomorrow at the 10th Annual German Pinscher National Specialty.

Happy Birthday to the A (is for Anniversary) Litter!

A big Happy One Year Birthday to my A Litter!  Tomorrow is their first birthday, easy for me to remember as it is our wedding anniversary, too.  We are having a big celebration this year-------NOT!  We will both be at work!  Hope all the puppies get extra treats!
I am hoping to post pictures of the puppies if the owners will send me some........ and I will post some new ones of Foxy after she shows again.  If anyone has interest in the natural eared sister, please contact me by email.
It sure is nice that fall has finally arrived with some real rain here, we really needed it.  The dogs don't seem to care one way or the other, still eager to fly out the door to check for field mice, sniff the horses, and TRY to chase the barn cat.  She does not run, so she is no fun.  Running up and down the hay stack it pretty wild though.  Just being outside and running hard is the fun part of course.
I am continuing to work more hours than I want to, but that is the way it is for now.  Guess I should keep buying lottery tickets, huh?
                Take care everyone.

Dash is for sale

It is now official........Dash is for sale.  It is always hard to let the good ones go, but she is really a nice bitch, out of the best German Pinscher so far produced in America.  Of course you can see more pictures and information about Lukas at the website www.RevivalGermanPinschers.com
Her litter mates have done extremely well, her sister was Best Opposite Sex at the German Pinscher National, her litter brother won Best of Breed at the National show last year.  Another brother has achieved his Bronze Grand Championship.
I believe she can produce some more great puppies.  She is an AKC Champion, proven producer of show puppies.  She was easy to breed, had a very easy pregnancy, free whelped, and was an excellent and attentive mother. She will be in season again in the springtime, will give the new owners time to plan a breeding.  If you want to start at the top, this may be the right choice for you.  Please contact me by email if you need more information, and to talk about terms, including price.
I am working a lot right now, so email is best for first contact, then I can call you at your convience.

Life is full!

Hello all--------I have been very busy with my job at Boltbus......but I am still keeping going with the dogs.  My lovely bitch puppy from my litter, Foxy, won Winners' Bitch last Saturday for a couple more points.  She is being shown by my sister when I have to work, very glad she can get out to the show ring, as I must work at this time.  Foxy is really nice, moves beautifully, is very sweet, and smiles like her grandsire, Lukas.  Her sister Sweetie lives back east, still may be shown, so if I have news of that I will let you know.  One of the brothers,Scotch (formerly the show male that went to CA) lives a very nice life in Arizona, his owners posted a pic on FB of him counter surfing........very typical of a German Pinscher!
I am out with the dogs, this lovely weather makes me want to be outside, so we will go for a run.
To my new friend Linda R.........nice blog, lovely art!
